- When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. Please check your order details carefully.
- If you need to amend your order details (such as delivery address or add/remove items), email us as soon as possible at email@example.com
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number.
- If you have opted for 24-Hour Express Delivery, you will receive a text message from our in-house courier instead of a tracking number. Any special instructions can be communicated directly to our courier.
- Account creation is optional but recommended. If you have created an account, you can log in to your account at any time to view your order history and save your address and payment information for easier checkout in future.
