I to received a broken Blend Jet and asked them to contact me for a replacement. They have not responded to any of my emails so I have my credit card company dealing with them. It is still in the box if anyone wants it??? I am going to purchase the Auro one and hopefully have better success..
Just wow I wish I saw this post earlier and purchased an Aura Blender first. I have given up on contacting Blendjet and they have not responded regarding my broken Blend jet 2, which stopped working after a month and was shit at blending…. nothing like what was advertised. I would NOT recommend it to anyone! They even had the nerve to delete my comment on their Facebook and Instagram! I have since moved on and purchased an Aura Blender from this site, received in 2 days and is a quality product that actually works. I will be telling everyone I know to get an Aura Blender instead and not fall for the scam that is Blendjet!
